Durability is important if you want a tub liner that will stay looking new, be crack,chip and fade resistant and last for the the lifetime of your home. Ours comes with a lifetime warranty. Our competitors use a 2 layer liner. A lightweight acrylic surface on there tub liners backed by a lightweight ABS base. They have to paint your tub with a messy black primer in order to get the liner to adhere to your tub surface. There tub liner is about one 8th inch thick and weighs about 28lbs. Our liner is 4 layers. It has a High Density Acrylic top layer infused with Microban to fight against bacteria and help keep your bathroom germ free followed by a Pigmented High Density second layer followed by a Special ABS layer followed by a primer layer so we don’t need to paint your tub surface to get it to adhere. Our tub liners are over one quarter inch thick and weighs 38lbs. Our tub liners are bonded with LuxBond, it fills in all the voids between the liner and your tub and turns rock solid so when you step into your new tub it will not sag at all. Our competitors use a double sided butyl tape that leaves large gaps in between the tape and you can feel the tub sag when you step into it.
